Meet the Stewart Painting Team

Sheldon Stewart

President and Founder

Sheldon Stewart started painting houses in high school and worked his way through college as he built his business. In 1984 Stewart Painting was officially launched. Sheldon’s heritage as a “Cape Codder” dates back more than two generations and has been a strong influence in the way he approaches his business.

Recognizing that building an impeccable reputation requires a team of people that are like minded and strive to provide quality service. Sheldon credits his success by surrounding himself with family members and key people to operate his thriving business. Sali Stewart handles customer relations, his daughter Shelby worked during school breaks, and his nephew Todd Piknick has more than 20 years with the company and is the Production Manager.

Sheldon holds certifications in Home Improvement, Lead remediation license OSHA 30. Giving back to the community is very important to Sheldon. Stewart Painting donates to many charities. As a member of the steering committee for the Pops by the Sea, Sheldon and his employees donate their time to setting up for the event each year. Todd Piknick

Production Manager

Todd started working for Stewart Painting in 1992 as a painter’s helper. He learned the painting trade during the summer months while attending Barnstable High School (Class of 1995) and Salve Regina University in Rhode Island (Class of 2000). After college, Todd took on a full time roll as the House Wash Division Foreman (3 years), then as a Painting Foreman (4 years), Field Supervisor (7 years) and his current role as Production Manager. He is RRP (Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting) Certified and OSHA 30 Certified.

Todd appreciates Stewart Painting’s commitments to all of their employees, the great work environment, high standards in the trade, and overall betterment of the community. Outside of work, Todd enjoys playing golf, hockey and spending time with family and friends.

Kim Redfield

General Manager

Kim is currently General Manager of Stewart Painting and joined in 2018 as the company’s Controller. She has more than 30 years of accounting experience. After attending Suffolk University, Kim started her career in banking and while raising her family spent most of her time doing accounting for charitable organizations. When she returned to the workforce she spent many years in the building materials industry, moved on to Medical Manufacturing and patient care, before joining Stewart Painting.

Kim lives in Plymouth. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening and enjoying nature.

Salijane Stewart

Wash Division Manager

Salijane has been an essential part of Stewart Painting for over 35 years. A lifelong Centerville resident, she is married to Sheldon Stewart, the company’s president and owner. Outside of work, Salijane enjoys going on walks with her sisters and friends, and cherishes time spent with her grandchildren. Her dedication and commitment have made her a cornerstone of the Stewart Painting team.

Brian Manning

Human Resources Manager

Brian joined Stewart Painting in September of 2023, bringing with him over six years of experience in Human Resources and a strong background in financial sales and management spanning more than a decade. As HR Manager, Brian plays a key role in employee relations, recruitment, and organizational development – helping foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Suffolk University. He lives in Barnstable with his fiancée, Michelle, and their two Yorkies. In his free time, Brian enjoys watching movies, spending time with friends and family, and playing with his dogs.

Community service is also a priority for Brian. He continues to participate in Stewart Painting’s “Paint it Forward” initiative and actively supports all the company’s charitable efforts for veterans. Brian has also donated his time driving for Meals on Wheels and continues to look for ways to give back whenever possible.

Shayla Wilkinson

Marketing Manager

Shayla Wilkinson is the Marketing Manager at Stewart Painting, a role she’s proudly held since 2020. A resident of Dover, New Hampshire, Shayla brings creativity and community spirit to everything she does — both in the office and beyond.

In addition to her marketing career, Shayla is an aerial arts instructor at the University of New Hampshire, where she shares her passion for movement and performance with students of all levels. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Dance from the University of New Hampshire in 2014.

When she’s not working or teaching, Shayla loves spending quality time with her family and unwinding on her yoga mat. Her days are fueled by connection, creativity, and a love for inspiring others through both words and movement.

Carissa Booth

Customer Service Manager

Carissa Booth joined our team in the Spring of 2022 after seventeen years working for Sherwin Williams! She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Salem State in Business Administration. Carissa is a resident of East Wareham and when she is not working she enjoys spending time with friends and family, being a baseball coach for her son’s team and spending time at the canal!

Rocky Palmer

Crew Leader

Radcliff “Rocky” Palmer is our Advanced Crew Leader. He has worked in the painting industry since 2006, and joined Stewart Painting in 2008. Rocky is RRP (Renovation, Repair and Painting Lead) certified, Moderate Risk Certified, and OSHA 30 Certified. Rocky enjoys working for Stewart Painting because they go the extra mile for both their customers and their employees. Rocky became a U.S. Citizen in 2010 and lives in Hyannis.  When not working, Rocky enjoys playing pool and golf, attending church, and hanging out with his family.

Wayne Johnson

Crew Leader

Wayne has worked in the painting industry for over 18 years and joined Stewart painting in 2015 working his way up to Crew Leader. He is RRP (Renovation, Repair and Painting Lead) Certified and OSHA 10 Certified. Wayne likes Stewart Painting’s standards and reputation along with their professionalism, which he says motivates him. Wayne lives in Dennis and enjoys spending a lot of time with his family during his time off.

Jeremy Muller

Carpentry Crew Leader

Jeremy joined Stewart Painting in 2016 and serves as a Carpentry Crew Leader. He has worked in the industry for over fourteen years. Jeremy is RRP (Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting) Certified, Moderate Risk Certified, and OSHA 10 Certified.

Jeremy lives in Brewster and in his time off, he enjoys golfing, and spending time with his family, friends and pets.

Matt Pilkington

Carpentry Crew Lead

We welcomed Matt to our team here at Stewart Painting in 2025 and he brings with him over 20 years of experience in the industry with a specialty in carpentry. He is a resident of Bourne, attended Fitchburg State and enjoys anything outdoors.

Jerry Johnson

Estimator

Jerry joined Stewart Painting in 2018 as an Estimator. He is also certified as a Lead Certified Supervisor.

Jerry lives in Mashpee. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, boating, golfing, and he is a huge Boston sports fan.

TJ Connors

Sales Estimator

We welcomed TJ (Terrance James) Connors to our team here at Stewart Painting in 2025. TJ is a resident of East Dennis and brings with him 20 years of experience. When he is not at work he enjoys spending his free time with his wife, cooking, entertaining and boating! He also has a passion for art and cars.

Earl Randall

Crew Leader

Earl has been a loyal employee of Stewart Painting since 2015 and has over 20 years experience in the business. He is a local resident of Hyannis who enjoys relaxing at home with family and friends! His version of a perfect Sunday is attending church in the morning, followed by an afternoon in his recliner with a very large bowl of ice cream!

Errol Forrester

Crew Leader

Errol has been a loyal Stewart Painting employee since June 2015. He is a resident of Hyannis and when he is not at work Errol enjoys attending his church, dining out, shopping and watching movies!

Zach Zeytoonjian

Sales Estimator

Zach joined our Sales team here at Stewart Painting in 2025 and brings with him over 5 years of sales management experience. He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor’s in Agriculture. Zach is a resident of Falmouth, is an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He is also a huge Boston sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Gilson Tadiotto

Crew Leader

Gilson has over 20 years experience in the painting industry. He joined Stewart Painting in 2005 and is OSHA 10 certified and RRP (Renovation, Repair and Painting Lead) Certified. Gilson became a U.S. Citizen in 2007. When asked what he likes most about Stewart Painting, Gilson said the strong work ethic and commitment to the community. When Gilson is not working, he enjoys watching soccer and football, and spending time with his family.

Patrick Gerety

Sales Estimator

Patrick Gerety brings more than 30 years of experience in painting and construction to his role as Sales Estimator at Stewart Painting. With a deep understanding of both craftsmanship and project execution, Patrick provides clients with knowledgeable guidance, accurate estimates, and a straightforward approach they can trust. Patrick combines decades of industry expertise with our company’s commitment to quality and professionalism. A Duxbury resident, Patrick is a devoted husband and proud father of three daughters, and when he’s not meeting with clients, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or enjoying time at the beach with his family and two dogs.

Rabi

Wash Crew Leader

Rabi has been part of the Stewart Painting team since 2022 and has become a vital member of our Wash Crew. His hard work, attention to detail, and dedication to excellent service consistently earn praise from our customers.
